Chairman MacDonald Congratulates GOP Candidates on a Successful Primary

Concord, NH -- New Hampshire Republican State Committee Chairman Wayne MacDonald released the following statement congratulating all of the GOP presidential candidates for a successful First-in-the-Nation Primary.

 

"I would like to congratulate all of the Republican presidential candidates for a successful First-in-the-Nation New Hampshire Primary.  Our tradition of vetting nominees for the highest office in the land rewards those who focus on retail politics and grassroots campaigning.  This year was no different as candidates crisscrossed our state talking with voters in diners and holding town hall meetings.

 

"As the Republican nomination process continues, I wish all of our party's candidates the best of luck as they move forward to South Carolina.  No matter which candidate the Republican Party selects, I'm certain that we will rally behind our nominee and join together to make Barack Obama a one-term president.  We must hold him accountable for his record of failure on job creation and out-of-control spending."
