NHGOP Statement On AG Investigation Of Hodes Push Polling

CONCORD – New Hampshire Republican State Committee Communications Director Ryan Williams issued the following statement today in response to Attorney General Michael Delaney’s decision to investigate Paul Hodes’ push poll calls. The Associated Press (7/27/10) reports that the Attorney General is reviewing a complaint filed yesterday by the NHGOP against the Hodes Campaign:
 
“We’re pleased that the Attorney General has agreed to investigate Paul Hodes’ dirty campaign tactics. These unethical push poll calls clearly violated state law and attempted to smear his opponent with lies and distortions. Hopefully this investigation will send a clear message to Paul Hodes that his gutter politics will not be tolerated in New Hampshire.”
